At Candlestop we hand pick your items and pack it with the greatest of care to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition and in a timely manner.
All orders in the UK are generally processed the same day however during busy periods we ask you to allow up to 5 working days depending on our volume of orders. All orders are sent via Royal Mail or DPD.
Working days include Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and exclude weekends and bank holidays in the UK.
